1. Platform Overview
FINDEAL is a digital financial aggregator and technology platform that connects prospective borrowers with regulated Indian banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions. FINDEAL is not a direct lender.
2. User Responsibilities
Users agree to provide true, accurate, and current information when submitting loan applications or lead forms. Providing false or misleading documents may result in immediate rejection by lending partners.
3. Loan Approvals & Rates
All loan sanctions, interest rates, processing fees, and credit limits are determined solely by partner banks and NBFCs based on individual credit profiles and underwriting policies.
